PRINCE GEORGE, BC: Four people have been arrested following a violent home invasion this past weekend on Victoria Street in Prince George…

Police say at approximately 10:45 AM on August 3, 2019, officers received a report of a home invasion involving a firearm at a residence in the 2600 block of Victoria Street.

Three males and one female forced their way into the residence with a firearm. They assaulted a male in the house and departed the scene on foot. The male resident suffered minor injuries as a result of the assault.

Many frontline officers immediately attended the area. Within minutes, three of the suspects were arrested. A short time later, with the assistance of the Prince George RCMP Police Dog Services, the firearm was also recovered. The three suspects were remanded in custody and scheduled to appear in court today.

Justin DUPRAY, a 23 year-old Prince George man, and Daniela FRASCA, a 27 year-old Prince George woman, have been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Break and Enter to Commit an Indictable Offence
  • Use of Firearm During Commission of an Indictable Offence

Bradley FOSTER, a 40 year-old Prince George man, has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Break and Enter to Commit an Indictable Offence
  • Use of Firearm During Commission of an Indictable Offence
  • Possession of a Loaded Prohibited/Restricted Firearm
  • Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order

The fourth suspect, Charles SANTA, a 28 year-old Prince George man, was arrested Tuesday (Aug 6) afternoon by Prince George RCMP frontline officers and will be appearing in court tomorrow morning. He has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Break and Enter to Commit an Indictable Offence
  • Use of Firearm During Commission of an Indictable Offence
  • Possession of a Loaded Prohibited/Restricted Firearm
  • Failure to Comply with Probation Order
