Police looking for witnesses to pedestrian Hit and Run incident…

FORT ST. JOHN, BC: Police are looking for any witnesses to a pedestrian Hit and Run collision that occurred on May 1, 2019…

Police say at approximately 9:30 AM, a female pedestrian was struck by a 2-door dark grey Honda at the eastside of 100th Street and 97th Ave intersection causing minor injuries to the pedestrian.

“The Fort St. John RCMP is requesting that any witnesses of this incident please contact police”, said Cst. Chad Neustaeter. “If anyone knows anything about this incident or has any surveillance or dash cam video of the area around that time, it may be helpful in determining what vehicle was responsible and who the owner or driver may be.”

Police do mention the vehicle in question has a handicap sign in the front window.
