Suspicious incidents continue to be reported by young children…
PRINCE GEORGE, BC: On Tuesday March 19, 2019, the Prince George RCMP received a report of a suspicious male in a vehicle approaching a child walking near North Tabour Boulevard and Ospika Boulevard.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:52 AM, where a male driver told the child to get in his truck. The child refused, immediately departed the area and was able to get to safety.
There are two similar incidents that have occurred in Prince George involving a male with a similar description driving a similar vehicle. One incident occurred on February 19, 2019, where a male followed a child for several blocks in his vehicle near Heritage Elementary School. The other incident occurred on February 25, 2019, where a male approached a child near the Heritage Elementary School and attempted to lure the child into his vehicle.
The male is described as:
- Caucasion Male
- Middle aged
- Short dark hair
- short dark beard with flecks of grey
The vehicle is described as:
- White four door truck
Black tonneau cover
Tinted back windows
Silver bumper
The vehicle was quite dirty at the time of the incident
