Three suspects arrested in connection to stolen property…

PRINCE GEORGE, BC: During the late evening of June 15 and early morning of June 16, 2018, the Prince George RCMP located and arrested three persons as part of an on-going theft related investigation.

The arrests were made along a forest service road and a nearby makeshift camp just south of Bear Lake, BC.
Investigators seized a number of items known to be stolen including tires, a generator and a canoe. The items were stolen from a variety of locations including Chief Lake Road and Pine Street in the Prince George area, as well as Wells, BC.

Several more items believed to have been stolen were also seized. Investigators are looking to identify the owners of the following items:

· Many tires of various sizes

· A pressure washer

· Air compressor

· Brush saw

If you have had any of these items stolen in the last few months in Prince George or surrounding communities, please contact the Prince George RCMP. Owners will be required to describe the items to investigators.

Devon Andrew JACOBS, a 33 year-old man from Fort St. James, BC that has recently relocated to the Prince George area, has been charged by the BC Prosecution Service with the following Criminal Code offences:

· Theft Under $5000 (4 counts)

· Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000

· Driving While Disqualified (2 counts)

Jamie Curtis WILLIAMSON, also a 33 year-old man from Fort St. James, BC that has recently relocated to the Prince George area, has been charged by the BC Prosecution Service with the following Criminal Code offences:

· Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000

· Uttering Threats

Naomi Lynn MULLEN, an 18 year-old female from Quesnel, BC, has been charged by the BC Prosecution Service with the following Criminal Code offences:

· Theft Under $5000 (4 counts)

· Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000

JACOBS has been remanded in custody and will appear in court on Tuesday June 26, 2018. WILLIAMSON and MULLEN have been released for court at later dates.
