Police investigate Armed Robbery at Superstore…

PRINCE GEORGE, BC: The Prince George RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect who committed an Armed Robbery at Superstore Wednesday afternoon…

Police say just before 5:30 PM, officers received a report of an Armed Robbery at a major grocery retailer on the 2100 block of Ferry Avenue in Prince George.

A disguised male suspect sprayed the employees with bear mace and stole a quantity of cash. The suspect left the store and fled in a small dark coloured 4 door sedan before police were called.

All efforts to locate the suspect have been unsuccessful so far.

The suspect is described as:

  • Caucasian male
  • Approximately 35-40 years old
  • Short dark hair with some grey
  • Stubble for a beard
  • Wearing dark clothes and sun glasses

The investigation is continuing. Police are requesting the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
