UPDATE: Snowfall will begin later this morning and end this evening. 15 cm is expected. Updated at 5:20 AM.

Environment Canada has issued a Snowfall Warning for Prince George and Quesnel regions for Sunday afternoon as another storm system approaches…

Environment Canada Details:

Snowfall, with total amounts of 15 to 20 cm is expected.

A Pacific frontal system will make its way through the BC interior on Sunday resulting in 15 cm of snow.

The snow will begin falling in the Bulkley Valley on Sunday morning and will progress across the interior by Sunday afternoon. The snowfall will cease Sunday evening for northeastern regions and eventually end for the southern regions near midnight.

Generally 15 cm of snowfall is expected, however, local greater amounts are possible.

Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations.
