Police say at approximately 11:30 PM, Vanderhoof RCMP observed a vehicle parked outside a local business that was closed for the day. Police pulled in behind the vehicle to check what was going on.
Once officers approached the vehicle, the smell of marijuana was detected and both occupants of the vehicle were arrested. Police seized various drugs including marijuana, cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine as well as drug paraphernalia.
One adult male and one adult female from Prince George will appear in Vanderhoof provincial court at a later date.
The investigation is ongoing. No names until the suspects make a court appearance.
