Two People Arrested in Oak Street Problem House…

Prince George, BC: The Prince George RCMP’s General Duty Section, with cooperation from the property owner, entered a residence located in the 2100 block of Oak Street in Prince George, as there was concern that unauthorized people were occupying the basement suite…

Officers entered the residence around 10:00 AM Friday morning and arrested two occupants, a 40 year-old male and a 22 year-old female, both known to local police.

A loader was brought in to remove junk from the front yard of the home. 


Inside the residence, a small quantity of cocaine and a significant amount of drug paraphernalia was located, including hundreds of needles. There was also a large amount of miscellaneous property, much of it suspected stolen.

The Prince George RCMP was able to effectively deal with the problem residence by working in close partnership with the owner of the property and the City of Prince George.

Police are recommending charges against the pair for Being Unlawfully in a Dwelling House and Mischief.
