Investigation revealed an adult female was struck when a small calibre firearm was shot at the residence she had recently moved into.
Peace River Forensic Identification Services, and the Police Dog Services assisted general duty members in this investigation.
In the course of this investigation other criminal offences were detected and two adult males taken into custody.
The injured female was released from hospital the same day.
The investigation into the discharging of the firearm continues and police are requesting the assistance of the public for information that will help police in the successful conclusion of this investigation.
